Senior Technical Product Manager – Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative digital products and technology platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, product management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering, business, UI/UX, and leadership teams.
The candidate will drive product vision, roadmap planning, requirement gathering, execution, and product delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and long-term product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into technical product specifications.
- Prioritize product backlog, features, enhancements, and sprint deliverables.
- Drive Agile/Scrum product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and business impact.
- Manage product releases, sprint planning, UAT, and go-to-market activities.
- Define KPIs, product success metrics, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with development teams for technical feasibility and architecture discussions.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, process documents, and product documentation.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and provide project/product status updates.
- Ensure timely product delivery with high quality and scalability.
- Support API integrations, cloud-based solutions, AI/ML products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior product managers and product analysts.
